These Terms govern your access to and use of the AI Content Generator ("the Service"), operated by Beecommerce sp. z o.o. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Pilot program
The Service is in pilot. Access is granted to selected partners. The Service is provided "as is" during the pilot period without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service for legitimate content generation purposes only.
- Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
3. Intellectual property
All software and trademarks are property of Beecommerce sp. z o.o. unless otherwise stated. You retain rights to your input data and to the generated content for use in your operations.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beecommerce sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
